Re-Gait Rehabilitation Progress – November Update
As we approach the end of the year, we are pleased to share the latest progress from the Re-Gait rehabilitation project with the UNBROKEN team in Lviv, Ukraine. Each month brings meaningful improvements for patients recovering from war-related injuries, and November has shown particularly encouraging results:
- 5 patients are currently undergoing rehabilitation with the Re-Gait device.
- 20 patients successfully completed their rehabilitation sessions this month.
With every cycle, Re-Gait continues to demonstrate its value as an innovative tool that enhances traditional physiotherapy — helping patients relearn natural walking patterns, reduce pain, and rebuild confidence.
Physical Therapists shared:
- “The device is very effective when combined with classical physiotherapy.”
- “It saves both time and resources.”
Therapists emphasize that Re-Gait helps patients progress faster by reinforcing correct gait movements and enabling more efficient therapy sessions.
Patients who completed their sessions in November reported noticeable improvements:
- “My walking has improved significantly over the course of the sessions.”
- “The pain in my foot has decreased, and it feels like my movement has improved even without the device.”
Such feedback highlights that Re-Gait rehabilitation not only supports physical recovery during sessions but also translates into better mobility in daily life.
Throughout this project, our teams in Japan and Ukraine have worked together to make advanced rehabilitation more accessible to those affected by the war. Even in the face of difficult conditions and ongoing attacks on Lviv, the dedication of medical staff and the resilience of patients remain unwavering.
Thank you to everyone who made this project possible. Your support directly empowers patients on their journey toward recovery and renewed independence.
