Disaster Preparedness Training Webinar for Foreign Residents in Japan

Join Peace Boat Disaster Relief Center (PBV) for a free online webinar on November 29th and 30th designed specifically for foreign residents in Japan.

While PBV conducts emergency and recovery support activities primarily in disaster-stricken areas both domestically and internationally, we also emphasize the importance of disaster preparedness and reduction through our training programs.

Japan is a country that frequently experiences natural disasters. When we visit disaster sites, we often hear voices expressing regret, saying things like, “I never thought my town would be affected; I wish I had prepared earlier.” There are many ways to be proactive and prepared for disasters. Individuals can take measures not only for themselves and their families but also for the benefit of disaster victims and community recovery efforts. There are various approaches available, whether at an individual, organizational, or community level.

Drawing on our extensive experience in disaster response, PBV offers training tailored to various sectors, including government, corporations, educational institutions, and local authorities. This webinar will be held online and is free for anyone to join.

You can register for all four sessions or choose to attend individual ones. Why not take the first step in disaster preparedness by learning with us?
